...HISTORY - Nyx was born in Liverpool, England to one Lake and Heather LaBelle. It's because of her 'hippy' parents (Lake and Heather) that she was graced with the name Nyx, some goddess from a mythology no one pays attention to. Nyx's family was very close knit and she was raised in relative comfort despite their modest lifestyle.
Sadly, shortly after her 13th birthday, Lake and Heather LaBelle died in a car accident while heading on a second honeymoon to Germany. Nyx was left in the care of her uncle and aunt, Rosalin and Michael LaBelle. Neither were very comfortable raising her and her 'alternative' way of living, least of all her uncle Mike. He was very distant from her until she reached the age of 15.
And then the family war broke out. Her uncle attempted to molest one of her friends from the public highschool she attended. When her aunt was told, she nearly killed him in their livingroom. It ended in a rather brutal divorce, leaving Nyx unnerved and uncomfortable in her living arrangements. She decided it would be better if she left Liverpool and began looking for schools that offered board to their students.[/color] [/blockquote][/size]
