It's been a very long time since I did photo manipulations and I dunno if anyone ever wants me to do them again.
BUT BUT BUT

I can draw though :,D

here's all ya gotta do:

Your name: Obviously
OC's name: your character's name
Subs: a quote of some sort written on your sig
Pose: how you want me to draw the character etc.
Effects: durp.
Anything else? hurpdurp.

If you guys think I should add anything else to the form, or I'm leaving something out please inform me Also if you do want me to make a manip then I'll think about it...I have the right to decline it though. If I ever DO re-open them then I'll put a seperate form up. I doubt it though :/
