The beginning of a new school year is the time for a fresh start. With new students arriving, and old ones returning, Crowsnest Pass is a busy place. The town is filled with people as parents help their children move into their dorms. One particular student has a plan for the school year that involves a little bit more than some of the students though.

Dakota Adair, newly arrived junior at Crooked Pass has shaken things up a bit. A budding rockstar, he's popular with the crowds and the all around nice guy, wants to throw a party before semester starts. The one secret he has is his drug problem. Crowsnest Pass, a town that generally has no exposure to drugs is now a budding hot spot for marijuana and cocaine thanks to the new crowd that has made their way to Crooked Pass.

Cliques have already begun to form before the school year has started, though can one really call their first week at Crooked Pass school? "Orientation" week is a fairly laid back week where students can get to know their classmates, and as much as the teachers try to keep alcohol out of their future students, it still sneaks in.

One particular group that is of concern is a small band of boys and a few girls. Very secretive, they keep mostly to themselves and are intimidating to the rest of the student body. Hushed whispers of something Latin, not everyone knows about the 'Dominatio Atrum', or what they do. Could it be a gang in the making?

Now it falls on your shoulders. In a school full of exceptionally bright students, where will you fit in? High drummer, science gangster, history prep?
