Crooked Pass Collegiate is a private equestrian boarding school set in the prairies of Canada. It's students hail from all over the globe, most of them hand picked by the school themselves. Each student is quite smart, and CPC has hopes that they will fulfil their potential when they graduate. Besides being a boarding school, Crooked Pass Collegiate is also a school of equestrian. Each student is required to take mandatory riding lessons as part of their schooling. Along with this though there are problems of identity, friends, cliques, gossip and all other aspects of teenage life... <3

Hey guys - I'm looking for general input of the site as well as plot ideas.

So for plot...
  • Serial Killer comes to town
  • Horse thief
  • Forest fire
  • Horse show (might be hard due to winter)
  • Rival school (tricky D:)
  • Disease?


I was also thinking since it was winter Crooked Pass could have a winter ball/dance for the students. If you guys are interested I'd be looking for someone to be a temporary mod to set up the dance and what not. All input is wanted and appreciated - no idea is a dumb idea!

I also want to know what else you'd like to see on the site, what I can fix, etc. etc.

I came in to say they should have a dance/ball thing! It'd be a great way for people to get active and characters to get to know each other. I like it. It could run for a few days RL, of course only be 1 day IC. I can help anyone who wants to temporary mod this, and if no one wants to, then I will.

That's a cool idea. We could set aside a board for it, so there could be extra threads. We could say that posting is closed due to the Winter Dance, like it would be in a real school for construction and things.

Mm. General Idea:

  • Dorm decoration: Bad title, interesting idea. We could have a sub-board in each dorm that states the floor, and in that there could be a thread for each room (created by whichever student gets put into that dorm first). Basically, the residents get to post images, descriptions, etc. of their part of the dorm and what it looks like...

I SUGGEST AN MSN BOARD?! O: It'd need a sub-board or thread for MSN messenger name claims and stuffz, but uh yeah. I LAHV MSN AND ALL. :S And, it would allow Alessandro to make friends with strangers online. His own kind. C:
